Welcome corbettbookings.com (website). The domain name https://corbettbookings.com/ is owned by WILDLIFE ADVENTURE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED established under the Companies Act .  Here we use the term "You" that refers to the direct user or viewer of the website.  If you will use the service given by this website it means you will agreed with all our terms and conditions. 

The first thing you should know that the safari is fully controlled and managed by the forest department of the Jim Corbett National Park.

Safari in Jim Corbett National Park is organized for tourists from 1st October to 30th June and remains closed from July to September due to the monsoon season.

Customers have to wait minimum 24hr for booking confirmation and vouchers, Booking Vouchers will be sent to you by email or by WhatsApp or by SMS or by Hard Copy. 

There are two shifts of safari morning shift and evening shift.

Advance booking for the safari is allowed through the online process.

At the time of online safari booking, you have to provide the full name and a photo ID number of every visitor. (As mentioned on id card).

ID proof for the Indians, Passport / Driving license / Pan Card / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card /School ID or any other office ID is acceptable.

Foreigner need to provide only their passport as the photo ID proof.

You are asked to provide the information like your safari date, time (morning/afternoon), vehicle (Jeep/Canter).

You have to pay the full fee in advance which includes the park entrance fee, vehicle fee and guide fee.

Any private vehicle is not allowed in the park in any condition.

Zones are on the random basis (Subject to availability).

Time of check-in 12:00 noon and check out 11:00 AM.

Confirm jeep safari and canter safari amount is non- refundable.  Current booking charges will be refunded if booking will not get confirmed.

We do not guarantee any zone or area, zone is subject to availability We can change the zone of your safari anytime according to the availability, customer can not claim any specific are or zone.

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/ taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. 

Cancellation policy 

• 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the hotel total cost.
• 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the hotel total cost.
• 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the hotel total cost.
• 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the hotel total cost.
• Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
  
  In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided. 
  
  Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc. will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date. 
  
  Dhikala/Bijrani/Jhirna/Dhela Lodge : If you will book any Forest Lodge booking there is no refund. 
  
  Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari amount are non refundable. 
  
  

Important Note :

In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
